Cosmetic Product Safety Report
A CPSR is the mandatory safety assessment a cosmetic product – including a fragrance – must have before it can be legally sold in the EU/UK.
It's prepared by a qualified safety assessor and covers ingredient safety, allergen declarations, and compliance with EU/UK cosmetics regulation. A brand can't legally sell a finished fragrance product in the EU/UK without one, regardless of how the composition itself was sourced.
