Cosmetic Products Notification Portal
The CPNP (Cosmetic Products Notification Portal) is the EU's online portal where a cosmetic product must be notified before it is placed on the market.
The Responsible Person submits product details, the label and the frame formulation. Notification is not an approval and does not prove the product is safe. That is the job of the PIF and CPSR. For Great Britain, the equivalent is the SCPN service.
